During my exchange semester at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, we were tasked with creating our own magazine featuring content from published articles and our own writing. To prepare, I conducted an audit of an issue of Wired Magazine, analyzing its physical attributes, typography, layout, content organization, and mapping each page’s contents. Then, I developed type pairings and layout insights to guide the design of my publication.
